Technical paper presentation
- Due No Due Date
- Points 15
You will present and lead discussion on a technical paper related to digital arts (see the relevant announcement for paper ideas and places to look). Plan to spend 10 minutes walking through the paper and 20 minutes on discussion.
When presenting the paper, you should summarize key sections and walk the audience through a few key figures and equations. Try to interpret key insights beyond straight summarization and convey them in a language digestible for your fellow students. Feel free to draw on the whiteboard.
Be prepared to answer questions about the paper – I'm happy to help in office hours if something is unclear. Leading discussion also includes coming prepared with a few open questions about the paper to jump start discussion.
If there is an accompanying video, you may show short clips of it to help us understand the paper.
