Using the Ising model in NetLogo start with a high temperature and gradually reduce, noting equilibria for overall magnetization. Make a plot of temperature (x-axis) vs. long-term magnetization (y-axis). Be sure to run for long enough to be convinced that the transient behavior has ended. Start by plotting (temp, magnetization) pairs as points and then try to interpolate a line through the points.
It is okay to scan/take a picture of your hand-drawn plot and turn in as an attachment.
Also to do, but not graded:
1) Be looking for a paper that I will post to the Files section and have that read by Wednesday.
2) Friday we will start the dynamics section. So read chapters 3-4 of the book, and install python. I will create a discussion page for that.
